Charlotte Northeast (Jane Eyre & Co-Writer)
(she/her) is an actor, director, educator, administrator, and writer who called PAC her artistic home for ten years. Highlights include Mary Stuart, Creditors and Fair Maid of the West. She is a two-time Barrymore Award winner for her work at InterAct and Lantern Theater Company. Graduate: Circle in the Square. J Paul Nicholas (Rochester)
is excited to bring Rochester to life with this wonderful company. He was most recently seen on stage off-Broadway in Love Stories at The Mint. Before that he was in The Corpse Washer at Actors Theatre of Louisville, Oslo at Marin Theatre, Honor Killing at Florida Studio Theatre, The Invisible Hand at Cleveland Play House, and in the national tour of the Broadway phenomenon, The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time. Locally, Paul has worked as an actor, director, and fight choreographer, at Theatre Exile, The Wilma, Interact, Inis Nua, People’s Light, and for White Pines Productions. He has also been seen on several TV series, including opposite Kate Winslet in Mare of Easttown; as Attorney Linden Delroy on Law & Order: SVU; and currently as Detective Mike Adams on FBI. is a theatre artist and arts administrator who was raised in the South and has proudly called Philadelphia home for nearly two decades. Kimie Muroya, 室屋季美恵 (Bessie/Jane 2)
(she/her) is delighted to be returning to PAC after having last been seen in 2019’s The Sea Voyage! She is a Philadelphia based actor, a founding member of Philadelphia Asian Performing Artists and has performed regionally with such theatres as Quintessence Theatre Group, InterAct Theatre Company, Theatre Exile, Montgomery Theatre, Hedgerow Theatre Company, Shakespeare in Clark Park and more. Her feature film debut, Antarctica, premiered at the 2020 Raindance Film Festival in London and is now available on Amazon Prime. Lex Thammavong (Helen/Jane 3)
(they/she) is an actor, singer, and playwright based in Philly, their hometown. She obtained her BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Creative Writing from The University of the Arts, where they were a Student Valedictory Speaker. Recent credits include playing "Pamela" in Head Over Heels at Theatre Horizon and "Mimi" in Rent at the Media Theater. Whether exploring characters like “Ariel” in The Tempest at Delaware Shakespeare Company, or "Rosaura" in EgoPo's Life is a Dream, Lex strives to find new ways to explore, revitalize, and decolonize the classics. As a member of PlayPenn's playwriting group, The Foundry, and resident playwright with Philadelphia Asian Performing Artists, they also love collaborating on brand new works, whether devising at workshops, performing in Philly Fringe, or producing original work. Cassandra (Cassie) Alexander (Child Jane)
is a Philadelphia-based actor, teaching artist, theatre maker, and arts administrator. Her acting credits include performances with PAC, Delaware Shakespeare, Revolution Shakespeare, Tiny Dynamite, Alterra Productions, Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival, Hip to Hip Theatre Company, and Hampstead Stage Company. Favorite credits include Rosalind (As You Like It), Woman (Talk to Me Like the Rain), and Puck (A Midsummer Night’s Dream). She holds degrees in Theatre & Drama and Arts Management from Indiana University, although her love of classical theatre blossomed while studying abroad at Shakespeare's Globe in London. Recent credits include: Lorraine in Inis Nua's staged reading of "Nine Night", lead character in the world premiere of Theatre in the X's "The West Philly Meeting," and Emilia in Theatre in the X's Othello. LaNeshe is a co-founder and Executive Director of Theatre in the X, an organization founded in 2013 to provide opportunities to artists of color in the city and accessible theater for audiences. She is also an adjunct professor in Drexel University's Theatre Department and the 2022 Story Changers Awardee for the Philadelphia Women's Theatre Festival. |

Anthony Diaz (Mason, Robert)
is a Philadelphia-based actor and graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned his BA in both English and Theater. In his Philly debut with the Latin X theater company, Teatro Del Sol, he played Creon in their production of Oedipus El Rey. He has also worked with Delaware Shakespeare Company, South Camden Theatre Company and performed in a number of readings for PAC and Theatre Ariel. Kathryn MacMillan (Director, Co-Writer)
is a prolific, award-winning theater director with regional and off-Broadway credits, including Unraveled (off-Broadway); Grounded and The Niceties (InterAct); Betrayal, Arcadia, Uncle Vanya, and Mrs. Warren’s Profession (Lantern Theater Company); Fully Committed (DTC), and Athena (Theatre Horizon). KC’s accolades include recent Barrymore Award nominations for directing The Complete Works of Jane Austen, Abridged (Tiny Dynamite; also co-writer) and The Revolutionists (Theatre Horizon); Doubt (named one of the Best Plays of 2015 by the Philadelphia Daily News); and The Beauty Queen of Leenane (named Best Production of the 2013 season & Best Director by Philadelphia Weekly, who called her “sensationally gifted”). In 2015, KC was named one of Billy Penn’s Who’s Next: 16 Young Philadelphians Shaping the Arts Scene. She was a member of the Barrymore-nominated ensemble of PAC’s Fair Maid of the West. KC recently became the Artistic Director of Inis Nua, and continues as the Producing Artistic Director of Tiny Dynamite. |
Jessica Bedford (Co-Writer)
is a Philadelphia-based actor, director, dramaturg, playwright, and teacher. She has been seen onstage at McCarter Theatre, Walnut Street Theater, Lantern Theatre Co, Montgomery Theatre, Act II Playhouse, Tiny Dynamite, Theatre Horizon, People's Light and Theatre Co. and other stages in the Philadelphia area. Recent directing credits include Delaware Shakespeare, the Philadelphia Artists' Collective, Act II Playhouse, DeSales University, and the McCarter. As a writer, her works have been produced with Passage Theatre, 1812 Productions, Recognize Theatre, Act II Playhouse, Tiny Dynamite, Villanova University Theatre, Juniper Productions, and Riverside Theatre (Iowa). Jessica has taught at Villanova University, Temple University, DeSales University, and University of the Arts. She was a finalist for the 2018 F. Otto Haas Emerging Artist Award from Theatre Philadelphia and a 2012 finalist for NY Stage & Film’s Founder Award. She is a professor of theatre at DeSales University. Meghan Winch (Co-Writer)
is a Philadelphia-area dramaturg, actor, and playwright. She is the Associate Artistic Director of Tiny Dynamite, where she co-wrote The Complete Works of Jane Austen, Abridged and wrote Georgiana Recovered in Time — a serial play-by-mail set in the world of Pride and Prejudice, co-created with designer Natalia de la Torre. She has dramaturged more than 40 productions at theaters including the Lantern (resident dramaturg), Shakespeare in Clark Park, Tiny Dynamite, Hedgerow Theatre, Theatre Horizon, Iron Age, and Beacon Theater. As an actor, she’s appeared at Tiny Dynamite, the Lantern, Shakespeare in Clark Park, and Hedgerow. She earned her MA in Theatre with a focus on dramaturgy at Villanova University. This, and everything else, is for Eliza and Colin. |

(she/her) is a Philadelphia-based lighting designer originally from Vernon, NJ. After graduating from DeSales University, she continued her training as an apprentice at Goodspeed Musicals in Connecticut. She then spent five seasons as the Lighting Supervisor at Philadelphia Theatre Company. She has toured internationally with Koresh Dance Company and BalletX to stages in Belarus, Mexico, Bermuda, Serbia, Italy, and all across the USA. Janus Stefanowicz (Costume Designer)
is the Costume Shop Manager and Resident Costume Designer for Villanova University’s Theater Department where she has worked for over 30 years. She is also an adjunct professor for the Villanova Graduate Theatre and Studio Art Department. Her designs have also graced the stages of many Philadelphia regional stages including The Philadelphia Theatre Company, The Lantern Theatre, Theatre Horizon, The Wilma Theatre, Delaware Theatre Co, Act ll Playhouse, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Tiny Dynamite, and 1812 Productions. She has been nominated for 17 Barrymore Awards with 3 wins for Best Costume Design. |
Meghan Jones (Set Designer)
is elated to join the creative team for Jane Eyre. She designs throughout the Philadelphia region. She is currently the Technical Director & Production Manager for the Theater and Dance Dept. at Ursinus College where she teaches theater production and technology. James Mobley (Technical Director)
(he/him) James has been technical director and resident designer for the Rutgers theater program since 1993. Prior to coming to Rutgers, Jim worked professionally in various venues, including the Des Moines Metro Opera, U.C. Berkeley Repertory Theater, The Kansas City Lyric Opera, The Missouri Repertory Theater, Lakeview Theater Company, Greystone Productions of West Virginia, and Circle Repertory Theater (off Broadway, NYC). He received a B.S. in Technical Theater and Design from Northwest Missouri State University and an M.F.A. in scenic design from West Virginia University. His interest in theater began while he was in high school, where he was the first student scenic designer to design a main stage production (God’s Favorite) and was also a member of The International Thespian Society, Troupe 3289. |

Saria Rosenhaj (Props Designer)
is thrilled to be working with The Philadelphia Artists' Collective for the first time. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2021, with a B.A. in Literatures in English, and since then has worked as a properties manager for several local theaters. Most recently, Saria acted as the props designer for Bryn Mawr College and CCP’s collaborative production of Media/Medea. She is excited to be working on this world premiere adaptation of a beloved classic. Autumn Storm Blalock (Dramaturg)
MA, is an interdisciplinary artist and Theater for Health researcher originally from PG County, MD. A published playwright and scholar, her most recent works examine the way that Black people are visually interpreted onstage. Her work in theater scholarship has been recognized by the Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE) among others. When she is not contributing to the literature Autumn is an administrator and dramaturg. Her recent credits include serving as stage manager for the PAC production of "Wine in the Wilderness" and as dramaturg for Inis Nua Theatre’s production of "Nine Night". Autumn is honored to be a part of this team. She holds a Master’s degree in Theater and a Certification in Nonprofit from Villanova University. |
