The Sea Voyage

by John Fletcher & Philip Massinger
directed by Dan Hodge
Fringe Festival 2019 | September 4-20
Independence Seaport Museum

Honorary Producer: The June & Steve Wolfson Family Foundation

Like any good play about the sea, this one opens with a storm. A band of privateers find themselves stranded on an island seemingly inhabited by a lone castaway. When the island’s other residents surge onto the scene, a war of love and duty breaks out. A true maritime romp of the Jacobean era, The Sea Voyage will be like its luckless pirates: raw, bold and devilishly funny. A bare-bones production by the company that brought you the rambunctious Fair Maid of the West, this promises to be a voyage you won’t want to miss. Produced in collaboration with the Independence Seaport Museum.

The Dance of Death

by August Strindberg
directed by Damon Bonetti
April 30 - May 17, 2020
Franklin Inn Club

Honorary Producer: Louis Bluver

The masterpiece by the master of matrimonial discord.  A husband and wife with a rocky marriage approach their 25th wedding anniversary. Living isolated on an island, their vitriol towards each other forces their own children to take sides. When a cousin comes to visit, does he become a  victim or accomplice? Hell is Marriage. A biting psychological comedy from the writer of the PAC’s fringe hit Creditors, The Dance of Death is pure Strindberg at his emotionally wracked brilliant best.
